The following music video, by Tracy Hicks, elegantly reframes a masterpiece by American composer Phil Kline.
The piece proves that with appropriate contextual filters, silence and noise can become music. Former Defense Secretary Rumsfeld's poetry surprisingly resonates within me, as I ponder the challenges we face as a generation of young scientists engaging the process of discovery.
